Appreciative Inquiry assumes a school is a living system and
every system has untapped potential.
So, participants in this or a school’s ongoing Appreciative Inquiry can
include pastors, parents, administrators, teachers, students, alumni,
commission members and benefactors.
Various forms and degrees of Inquiry can also be shared with:

- Catholic schools in a wider diocesan or regional system.
- Practitioners of faith formation in the wider system of Catholic education, including directors, youth ministers, and catechists in parish programs; RCIA; adult formation; evangelization.
- Practitioners of faith formation in other religious traditions.
- Retreat and spirituality centers.
